Web Essentials 2013 installation issue with Visual Studio 2013 Ultimate

I have VS Ultimate 2013 Version 12.0.21005.1 REL running on my Windows 10 system, with .NET Framework 4.5 and 4.6.00079 installed.

Whenever am trying to install Web Essentials 2013, am getting error. Please find log below:

The same is happening when am trying to install Web Essentials 2012.
When I tried to install Web Essentials 2013 version 1.9, am getting error "'Web Essentials 2013' requires a version of the .NET Framework that is not installed"
