How to set source and destination file name different. #2023

I have file name xyz.dev.js and I want minify file name is xyz.js not xyz.dev.min.js. Is there any way to solve this problem as soon as possible.

I have tried to resolve this thing using hacks, but my bad luck. Please help me to resolve this issue
