Getting Black Images as Output for Image Stylization

I am getting black images after running the code (from Image Stylization) on my local computer. However, the same thing worked perfectly in Google Colab. I am not sure where is the problem.

I installed packages as in the Google Colab Runtime. Here's a list of necessary packages:
