connect20 modules not working

Seem like connect20/* packages is not working. I was going to install:

composer require connect20/maven_html5uploader

And I ended up with this error:

  - Installing connect20/maven_html5uploader (1.0.7): Downloading (failed)
In RemoteFilesystem.php line 438:

  The "https://connect20.magentocommerce.com/community/Maven_Html5uploader/1.0.7/Maven_Html5uploader-1.0.7.tgz" file could not be downloaded (HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found)

  failed to open stream: php_network_getaddresses: getaddrinfo failed: Name or service not known

another one, is there some workaround for connect20/* modules?
