Weird "%name,","%nome,"

Hi there!
I've been using this package for a couple of days and I'm having some issue regarding the emails. The placeholder for the name is always shown as %nome. (Check this)

I checked the file it_IT.csv and there are a lot of translation for "%name" with "%nome". Is there a reason to put this translation? If I remove them everything seems to be working fine.
