Problem with root certificate on ARM

The Problem with the root Certificate:

"The certificate chain has been processed, but processing was interrupted at the root certificate, which does not have a trust relationship with the trust provider."

I have an ARM laptop where everything works fine, but when I try to emulate Windows on a Raspberry Pi I get a similar message to this one. I wish I knew what the difference was.

Maybe try turning test signing on? bcdedit /set TESTSIGNING ON in an elevated command prompt, then reboot.

ok this seems to have bricked my laptop. stuck on preparing bitlocker recovery

Edit: ok i fixed it, but im not willing to try it again because this is my laptop i use for school lol
