Experimental API message only displayed for very short time #544

Steps to reproduce:

Open an app which requires SAFE browser experimental APIs to be enabled - eg Web ID manager - while experimental APIs are NOT enabled.

Expected:
Error message to remain on screen (TBC)
Actual:
Error message is only displayed for around 3 secs then disappears.

This issue is related to the app behaviour rather than the SAFE browser itself so have raised issues in the appropriate repo and closing this one.
