Change login email address

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is not related to a problem, but it would be good to have functionality to change the login ID email address.

Describe the solution you'd like
On the user details page, an option for changing the login email

Additional context
e.g a box showing the login email address that could be edited say email is [email protected] to [email protected]

I know that is widely desired, but it is a bunch of work to migrate everything. Perhaps in the future. :)

Bumping this as I encounter this a lot. People get married or their name changed which affects email addresses and currently I have to delete and recreate their account. This is not ideal at all.

Would be great, especially if the last name of a person changes and you'll use the full name as login email address.
