first ad in Mai Grid to have unique key value compared to other ads in Mai Grid

see screenshot. the Mai Grid can have native or other ads displayed between grid elements.

currently, each ad in the grid receives the key values assigned
need the ability to have a "first element" key value assigned

Can you explain this one a bit more? Not sure I understand. Are you looking for a new field that applies key/value pairs only to the first ad in the grid? If so, in addition to or in place of the others?
