关于CNN运行速度的问题 #194

您好：我在将模型到芯片上运行后测试了下时间，输入为512个数据，cnn大约4k个权重系数运行时间大约75ms，主频192M。不知道这个时间是否是正常的，如果想要极大缩短这个时间，是否在NNOM有什么建议呢？

确定是否成功打开CMSIS-NN的硬件SIMD 加速。
对于1维信号，RNN类型或者全连接层的网络会比CNN快。
