Is there an existing issue for this?

I have searched the existing issues

Current behavior

Screen.Recording.2024-09-03.at.08.07.07.mov

Steps to reproduce

Go to any issue comment and add attachment
Try to remove it, it will just redirect to issue index page

No console errors
