After updating Chrome from 95.0.4638.69 to 96.0.4664.45, max-height value is wrong.

After I updated Chrome version, max-height value is wrong but it's OK on the Firefox and the older version of Chrome.
Hense my page is shorter the scrollbar can be seen and this is unexpected result for me.

It's shorter than I expected on Chrome 96.0.4664.45.

It's correct value on Firefox.

Are there anyone who encountered this problem too?
