Hi Malihu, @malihu
Can we position the dragbar only at the top of the content
instead of the bottom of the content in case of vertical scrollbar?

by default when i open my popup window it automatic scrolls down to bottom and content also scrolls to bottom

In Last i want to set scrollbar to top position
