add info box to registration page

For new users (especially from openHPI and openSAP) we need to explain what mammooc is and why it makes sense to create a user account. Therefore add a infobox on the registration page including the following advantages of mammooc:

• recommendations
• calendar over different platforms
• evaluations for courses (create and read)
• searching for courses of different mooc providers
