Adding Collum Images/icon to table but can't see it

Hello mango

i did add a new collums into my actual table and try do same as users one

set an icon to an item but when i save it (even if i set /uploads/icons) on form
it keep redirect me to uploads/images/no-image.png
into database everything is ok on the collum i have 1.png as icon (located on my web at /uploads/icons/1.png)

but why this happen? (i still use 3.0 version btw as i have issue with 3.1)
