Hello,
here are propers permissions that you have to run on your installation

chmod -R 777 /app/Http/pageroutes.php
chmod -R 777 /app/Http/Controllers/
chmod -R 777 /app/Models/
chmod -R 777 /bootstrap/cache/
chmod -R 777 /public/uploads/
chmod -R 777 /resources/lang/
chmod -R 777 /resources/views/
chmod -R 777 /setting.php
chmod -R 777 /storage/

I keep getting a blank page, nothing loads.
