Add ability to copy or skip a field

The option to Skip a field is confusing because it doesn't truly skip the field but it copies whatever language its in to the other locales. It would be nice to have the option to copy or skip. With skip meaning that it doesn't copy any value or do anything to the field but actually skips it altogether. And then a new copy option that basically does that skip does now.
