When very big deltas are merged (2 Gb or more in size), out-of-memory-error can 
be thrown because index map becomes too large.

This issue was updated by revision 808c5f219805.

When OutOfMemoryError is thrown when building index, index threshold value is 
doubled and generation of index is restarted.
