Better centralized docs.rs

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's kind of awkward to be searching for, say, a specific transaction type in the docs, then hop back to say, the Indexer, since we've somehow navigated away from the docs for algonaut to the docs for algonaut_transaction, so searching for a method for the Indexer yields no results.

Describe the solution you'd like
For searches referencing the docs to not take me away from algonaut.

Additional context
I have no idea how to do this, and I haven't really had the time to do the research for it either.

I do know that futures and several other crates follows this same repo format, but has more consolidated docs, so I assume it's not too difficult.
