Background

We've kept watching the progress of sylvia framework, And it seems good to use it in recent future. (it's almost facing the major release i guess)
Thanks to Contract Type and Message Interfaces, It would make our codebase more succinct and easy to maintain.

Required Criteria

  • refactor every contract to use sylvia framework
    • Core (mailbox / validator-announce)
    • ISMs (aggregate, multisig, pausable, routing)
    • Hooks (aggregate, fee, merkle, pausable, routing, routing-custom, routing-fallback)
    • IGPs (core, oracle)
    • Mocks (hook, ism, msg-receiver)
    • Warp (cw20, native)
  • code deploy and migration
    • Neutron
    • Osmosis
    • Stride
