The real-world directory contains a directory with compressed tiles. This always trips me up when iterating over all real-world tiles, because these will fail to load. Can we move the compressed directory one level up?

@joto have the compressed tiles been helpful for any other tests? I could potentially remove them entirely and create a new fixture that is just a valid compressed tile?

I have been concentrating on vtzero which doesn't decode compressed tiles, so I haven't used them. But I would expect them to be useful for others.
