icon on the right of browser's address bar, and click 'Options'.

by Left Clicking the <img id='hand-tool-img' src='hand-pointer.png' title='Hand'/> icon.

For Windows/Linux Laptop Touchpad users, turn on <span class='hl'>Touchpad Suggestion</span>,
which will use the <span class='hl'>Control Key</span> as activator
and try:

<li class='li-2'>Rest one of your hand beside the touchpad.</li>
<li class='li-2'>
Slide your finger up and down. <br/>
You don't have to raise your finger up from the Touch Pad.

Hold and Release the Control Key with the other hand. <br/>
Think of the Control Key as a scroll toggle, toggle it when your finger is sliding in the right direction.

For Stylus users, consider a higher scrolling speed. If there is a Left Mouse or Middle Mouse simulation button
on the body of your Stylus (Wacom Stylus for example), then use it for activation, or you can also use Control/Command Key.

For Windows Mouse users, panning using Right Mouse Button is very helpful.
</li>
<li class='li-1'>
All Right Mouse Support is available in Chrome on Windows only.

By default, Linux users can activate panning by Middle Mouse.

If your Middle Mouse Wheel that is unable to scroll, but is able to click,
it's time to toggle the Middle Mouse activation.

For Tablet users, consider using Chrome's native touch support.

'Scrolling Speed is 1.5' means when your mouse moves 1 pixel, your screen scrolls
1.5 pixels.

You can change the speed by clicking the Number Input, or the +, - signs at the Settings Panel.
