Has the snapshot feature been abandoned?

I cannot get it to work on any browser. Is there any other way to save a high resolution figure output?

I'm assuming constantly updating the feature became exhausting in terms of keeping up with browser updates?

Hi! I am struggling with this same issue. Is there any tips how to save a snapshot figure?

I ended up saving the kronogram as a PDF from my browser and then I pulled it into Adobe illustrator to clean it up. Nevertheless, it still becomes a bit pixelated when blowing it up as it is not a vector image, but better than nothing.

Thanks! I found png-file enough for my purpose at the moment, but later when submitting the manuscript something else might be needed... Let's hope the snapshot feature will be updated anyway!
