Some recurrent complex patterns appears in HiFi graphs from chrX (see attached image). Explore what genomic structure is causing this. The ONT resolution currently fails because all paths are very similar and no clear winner can be selected.

The entire region is relatively short (<150kb uncompressed). Consider alternate resolution strategies if the entire region is spanned by an ONT read by making an ONT consensus and picking a path using it in through the tangle instead.
