[Feature] Extend to support YouTrack in a similar fashion

My Customers use Jira and Youtrack (depending on the project)

Describe the solution you'd like
Add support for the YouTrack API in a similar/equal fashion to the Jira Integration.
I would truly appreciate it if I could just write YT: and get the same result as for JIRA:.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, there are no real alternatives, my current work process is that I create similar links myself (eg.: [<ID>](url to youtrack issue), but this does not show the current status and is a bit more cumbersome.
