[Feature] Inline issues quick search

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I'm always frustrated when i am writing in obsidian, and then want to reference a ticket but cant remember the number or project. i just remember some key terms or word stems from summary/title.

Describe the solution you'd like
when typing JIRA: orJIRA:-, open a quick search popup that lets me search by project key, ticket number, summary, title.

As I type, i get fuzzy search results, ordered by relevance.

then I navigate to the right ticket by using my arrow keys, hit enter to select the right entry.

notice how nf doesn't just do trivial word seach.
