phpBB 3.2: ThanksForPosts & searchpage compatibility

phpBB 3.2 has a new bbcode parser. This extension will have to be adapted to this parser:

• At the moment a {unhide:...} token is inserted after [hide:...] . This will have to be done after [hide] or something similar
• Checks for [hide] codes are now done against '[hide:', this should be replaced by something else.

Fixes have been made; it should be OK but testing is still needed to be sure. As ThanksForPosts has not yet been adapted to phpBB 3.2 (as far as I know?) that hasn't been tested yet too. Search page seems to work, as does (un)hiding in viewtopic.php .
