Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
To see turnout on bbq-nights, meetings, etc

Describe the solution you'd like

A simple way to say "i will attend" and see count (and all members for staff)
Integrate with Facebook events (i.e. sync sign-up)
Integrate with SBF/LOTS (if signed up for a race, add as participant and flag if also booked)
Allow simple signup via link on emails to all members from the event coordinator (see Allow event coordinators to notify assigned members via sms/email #17)

Describe alternatives you've considered

Global calendar invites?

Additional context

Exporting these lists helps with getting subsidies for non-profit organizations from the govt.
