L2 transfert / withdraw are manual:
Since most deku-cli (create wallet, transfert, withdraw) are just binding to a REST like API, it would be possible to use directly Deku API from frontend.

If for any reason, it would be not possible, it would be possible to have a "tzPortal backend" that just do deku-cli calls
Todo so you need to sign transaction from TzPortal. I'm pretty sure you can use Temple for that purpose since we are using same crypto curves as Tezos.
