Stamp via email address

A good feature addition would to allow to use API via a specific email address : you send email to [email protected] and you receive an answer with the proof + operation hash link in tzkt
⚠️ if we do, we must have strong antispam filter + maybe credit policies (like if one address want more than 1 proof per hour, they have to contact us)
