Any chance you could enable AV1?
The WebOs Youtube app decodes AV1 4K60 at 80 to 90 Mbps on a C1 tv (via builtin ethernet connection), withoud dropped frames.
Have you already tried it and faced issues?

AV1 will be added in future releases. I'll add it after Sunshine release with AV1 support.
