I don't know how to download the file on a MacBook and put it into Unity

What version of unity do you have installed? Have you cloned the repository?

download the unity project folder from unity_stuff folder
open unity hub, click "add" then select the folder
hope this helps :)
(if you have issues with the version im working on 2020.3.35F1 personnal)
