Is it possible to use audio device as source to do realtime processing like wxtoimg?

No, you can only decode from WAV files.

It would mean quite a lot of work to make it live decoding. I was thinking that options are a TCP stream from SDR#/GQRX, or using librtlsdr, or from some audio input.
