i reviewed it, great add on!!
Here are my remarks:

Coloring to if, else, else if, end if etc.
Coloring to Math signs like = * <> etc.
Should be able to fold define data
Should be able to format if possible
Should accept not ASCII word, do utf-8

I'll try to extend the coloring patterns based in your sugestions.
What you mean in the 5th point?

When writing in Hebrew its says something about the encoding. Here a word to test: " שלום שמי יניב"
