At the moment the shortcut created is simply named the same as the file, it would be useful to be able to provide your own name of file.

Based on requests in #7 from @kiwi0fruit

create_shortcut, create_menu_shortcut, create_desktop_shortcut should accept a shortcut_name (defaults to None) which when set is used to name the shortcut file.
