建议将Editor（富文本编辑器）组件拆分独立类库，Quill的js依赖太过重，并且一般很少场景需要使用到富文本编辑器

@239573049 #1674 我发现组件库并没有直接引用 quill 的js和css资源，而是通过cdn的方式，所以wwwroot下的这些资源可以删除。删除后包的体积应该会减少很多。
