Multi Embryo Lineage Registration Consistency Check

The current lineage registration plugin can only compare two embryos. Comparing more that two embryos has the advantage of checking the results for conflicts, delivering an estimate for which cell divisions the linear regestration gives reliable results rather than results that are dominated by noise.

The plugin tags all the cells that could be successfully identified across multiple embryos. This gives a very concrete result on the duration of stereotypical development that could be identified by lineage registration.

If there are at least 4 embryos compared. If for one cell the is only one conflicting registration. The embryos that have the lead to the conflict should be named in a log file.
