[Feature request] Add plugins "map", "fit to width" & "slideshow" from Yaakov Selkowitz

EOM in this git already has a few plugins.
The most useful plugins from Yaakov Selkowitz at https://github.com/yselkowitz/eom-plugins
are missing and he stopped support of these plugins.

• map: Display the geolocation of the image on a map
• fit-to-width: Zoom to fit image width
• slideshowshuffle: Shuffles images in slideshow mode

I have built these plugins for EOM 1.20.2 and they work as expected.
I suggest to include his plugins (or at least the three mentioned above) in this distribution.
