Expected behaviour

When eom is built without libexif dependency, preferences should be not allow user to select "automatic orientation" since the app can not determine orientation.

Display of images with specified orientation values are ignored

Actual behaviour

Preferences -> automatic orientation is selectable

No orientation adjustments made when displaying image

Steps to reproduce the behaviour

If libexif is hard requirement, setup during meson config stage should fail
