[Folder Request] Color and icon to folder Presentation Layer

The idea is simple, it is just to give a color with an icon for the presentation layer of the clean architecture folder structures, at least for the user's UI/UX layer.

There's also a PR (#2054) from last year, but the motif used for the icon wasn't really communicating the concept of "ui" well and, although it wasn't rejected, it didn't get much traction.

I'm using this one that I made a while ago.

Another option could be to use the official Material Icon for "web" (which is kinda similar to the one I made now that I think about it)
