For Cheese, the original icon looks, well 'derpy'.

Both of our icons don't have a lot of lighting features so take it with a grain of salt.

The Gimp and Screen Recorder icon look Fantastic! As for Cheese, I personally prefer the icon to be generic or a completely different icon. Keep up the good work!

Well here they are, I haven't been able to make showcases. I'm in the middle of something.

OK working on the Scribus icon now

Not completely sure everything is correct plus I want some feedback so I'll put these here before making a PR. The drop shadows may not look quite right in Illustrator (not sure though) but I'm sure that I have the drop shadows correct.
