Can you add support for running grunt locally via an NPM script?

Sorry, something went wrong.
I'm not sure if there's actually a good way to do so until grunt 1.0 is released so we should probably focus on that when the time comes.
In the mean time, this advice seems to work for grunt v0.4.5 when grunt-cli is locally installed.
