The tracking failures UI is pretty hidden away in Matomo, and even more so in Matomo for WordPress. It's very unlikely that most users will know it's there when they need to.

If a tracking failure is captured, and there is something to show the user, we should show a dismissable notification linking to the tracking failures admin page.
