Here how it will work:

User fills out an online survey from Gladbeck
At end of survey, they are provided with a link to the Sounding Board
The link will include a /?user_id=12345 parameter at the end so we can link the first survey to their sounding board selections
Then the user plays with the sounding board and votes
Our dataset should include a column with the user_id from the url
