I have tested this on Ubuntu, Mac and Windows. When trying to join a meeting from a browser (tested Chrome and Firefox) Joining audio is not supported in the browser.

When looking at support forums this issue does not seem very common. I have open this issue to see if anyone can reproduce this and to see if there is anything that can be done from the plugin side to resolve it.

Hi @justinegeffen,
After discussing this with development, it was decided the best thing we can do is document this limitation of WebEx.

Audio does work if users have a desktop app installed that they are using but joining a meeting using only the browser does not support audio. I'm not sure how your process works for updating documentation on a plugin like this. Should I create a Jira task or is there something else I can do to assist you with getting this documented?
