💡 idea: add google gemini to list of supported backends

I recently developed a chat summarisation plugin using google gemini pro as it's backend. https://github.com/titanventura/mattermost-summary-ai-plugin. Now that this project makes my plugin irrelevant, I'd be happy to integrate it into this project.
