Feature Request: Ability to end a call for all users #266

It would be nice if the person starting the call (and perhaps for admins) to be able to terminate a call. This way after a meeting ends the user can terminate the call in case others forget to disconnect. This is similar behavior to what is available on other services like webex.

This is currently available through the /call end slash command. We are working on exposing it to the UI as well.
