Is there some way to add a monitoring system that can help proactively detect if there are issues relaying message between platforms?

Idea:

in the same or separate plugin
monitor sends a message from MM->Teams every minute and reports any sending errors
monitor sends a message via the graph api from Teams to MM every minute.
monitor looks for each heartbeat message and reports to something (email, channel, etc.) if the heartbeat is missing after X minutes.
