mvn package does not produce a jar.
The built-in tests fail because of hard-coded directory paths.

However, even if I try mvn package -Dmaven.test.skip=true the resulting jar is not executable:

no main manifest attribute, in change-metrics-detector-1.0-SNAPSHOT.jar
