Automatically create thumbnails for uploaded images

This came up in mavoweb/mavo#257

It would be awesome to have a plugin that automatically generates and uploads thumbnails of every uploaded image. Of course, this would need to be opt in, perhaps with a class on the <img>, e.g. mv-thumbnails or mv-create-thumbnails.
